AskMe.AI is the result of close collaboration between Gamuda’s Digital Development Unit (DDU), the GET team’s Bot Unify expertise, and insights from the Gamuda Land marketing team. By drawing on diverse expertise across departments, we’ve created an AI assistant that supports the unique needs of our visitors. AskMe.AI is designed to feel intuitive, enabling visitors to get the information they need in real time, effortlessly guiding their exploration of Gamuda Land projects.
In just a few months, Gamuda’s collaborative approach turned the AskMe.AI concept into a fully functional tool, used in our experience galleries. With strong support from Gamuda Excellence Transformation (GET), this launch marks another step in our commitment to leveraging technology that serves both customers and our internal teams.
